Opening hours
Set hours for each day. Closing after midnight? Enter a closing time earlier than the opening time (e.g. opens 18:00, closes 01:30) — late-night slots stay on that day's sheet. Tick “Closed” for days you don't open.
Closed dates & holidays
Close specific dates (holidays, private events). Guests can't book a closed date — it overrides your normal hours for that day.
Booking rules
The most people you'll seat at any single time. This is what prevents overbooking.

Each service has a name and how long it takes (plus an optional buffer between bookings). Customers choose one when they book.
