Students book in seconds
A student or parent picks a 1-hour or 30-minute session and a time after school that works. They only ever see times you're really free.

Reminders go out on their own
A confirmation email, a reminder the day before and a calendar invite go to whoever booked, the student or the parent. Texts too, if you add them.

Step 3
Notes on every family
Keep what you covered and what comes next for each student or family, saved against whoever books. The notes show on their next booking, so every session picks up where the last one ended.

Step 4
Time off and holidays
Close the dates you're away and those hours come off your booking page. Any sessions already booked in the way are flagged, so you can move them.

Step 5
Get paid, send the receipt
Check out after the session by card, cash or e-Transfer. The receipt prints or goes to the student's or parent's inbox.
